This policy explains how Amiko collects, uses, and protects your data.

1. Data We Collect

• Account: phone number or OAuth identity, nickname, profile photo
• Usage: call duration, messages sent, features used
• Financial: coin purchases, earnings, withdrawal requests
• Device: device identifiers for security and fraud prevention
• Safety: reports, moderation actions, sampled content for review

2. How We Use Data

• Providing the Service (calls, chat, live streaming)
• Safety: content moderation, fraud detection, minor protection
• Payments: processing purchases and host earnings
• Legal compliance: responding to lawful requests

3. What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your personal data to third parties
• We don't read your private messages for advertising
• We don't share your phone number with other users

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may request data export, correction, or deletion (GDPR Art. 15–17, PDPA equivalent). Contact privacy@amiko.app.

6. Third Parties

We use third-party services: Agora (real-time communication), Google (OAuth, Play Services), payment processors, and content moderation providers. Each has its own privacy policy.
