By using Amiko ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Amiko. By creating an account you confirm you are 18+.

2. The Service

Amiko is a social entertainment platform where users can chat, make video calls, and broadcast live. Hosts may earn money through calls, gifts, and viewer-requested actions. Amiko is a social platform, not a dating or escort service.

3. Virtual Currency

Coins are purchased virtual currency used to pay for calls and gifts. Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law. Diamonds are earned by hosts and may be withdrawable subject to our payout policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Violations result in immediate suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Content Moderation

We use automated tools and human review to monitor content. Live calls may be sampled for safety. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

6. Payments & Earnings

Host earnings are calculated per our published revenue-share policy. Payouts require identity verification (KYC) and are subject to fraud review. We may withhold earnings for policy violations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content or interactions between users.
